During his time in the Navy SEALs, Rich Diviney was responsible for selecting and developing the best candidates to become SEALs. He also led and built high-performing teams in some of the most challenging and high-pressure environments, including combat zones and hostage rescue situations.After retiring from the Navy SEALs, Rich Diviney continued to develop his expertise in team building and leadership by working as a consultant and speaker. He has worked with various organizations and teams, helping them build the necessary attributes and qualities to become high-performing teams.
